Onshore Logistics Aero Coordinator (F / M)

Contexte et environnement Undeveloped industry infrastructure in country, with no Deepwater experience nor regulation and high expectations from potential Oil and Gas development. GranMorgu Project is the first offshore deepwater development Suriname. Offshore surveys (Geotechnical, Geophysical, Seismic, etc.) are planned in 2025+. Multi-Blocks Wells, Logistics Services and Rigs CFT’s in 2024/2026+ for all for Explorations & Appraisals on B64, B6&8 and B58 GranMorgu Development in parallel. Company Integrated Logistics Base settlement in Suriname to support multi-blocks Exploration & Appraisal on B64, B6&8 and B58 GranMorgu Development for TEPSR as Operator. Restart of Exploration Drilling Operations as from 2026 (Deepwater unexplored B64 areas, shallow water B6/8, unexplored B58 areas). Development Drilling for B58 as from 2026 (shallow to deep water) to meet FO 2028 target. Shore base settlement in country with maritime access constraints. Adapt the organization depending on the phase of the project and Affiliate’s activities (E&A, Development, Production). Fast track and changing process, high planning uncertainties. Frequent contacts with Company’s staff, contractors, customs and officials. Activités Organize and coordinate Aero Logistics activities with the various TEPSR entities and TEP SR Logistics Department, in full respect of Company’s Health, Safety, Environmental Protection and Quality policies. Ensure passenger bookings (transportations by Helicopters or fixed wings) between Paramaribo and Offshore sites respect the procedures. Manage priorities with Head of Logistics operations and Onshore Drilling Superintendent. Minimize passenger claims & booking delays despite last-minute changes due to operations. Ensure promotion and implementation of the TEPSR HSE Management System. Enforce contractor safety culture and ensure all activities are executed in compliance with company and statutory standards. Demonstrate personal commitment to the Company HSE Policy through active compliance and leadership. Guarantee full application of Logistics Company referential, procedures and related local regulations. Participate in elaboration of Contractor Bridging Document. Ensure such Bridging Document is fully implemented Conduct HSE briefings / meetings / inspections with contractors and personnel on site, and follow-up the corrective actions accordingly. Support emergency response and identify contingency plans are in place. Support Medevac operations and ensuring adherence to emergency protocols. Initiate and supervise management of change when required. Ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in a safe and compliant manner in accordance with company waste and chemical management plans and local regulations. Report immediately any near miss or incident to Head of Logistics Operations. Report promptly any HSE anomaly to Head of Logistics Operations. Follow up on closure and make sure that the corrective actions are done. Participate in HSE awareness of personnel, contractors and passengers. OPERATION:Flight coordination and schedule compliance Coordinate all helicopter legs (inbound and outbound) with the Head of Logistics Operations according to TEPSR planning and inform in case of additional requirements. Ensure coordination with the aviation contractor, Offshore Logistics Coordinator, and shuttle services to guarantee safe passenger transfers within the scheduled timeframes, to leave and to come back at the heliport before the limited hours. Monitor and enforce helicopter departure times and ensure aircraft readiness on the tarmac as per the timetable. Handle urgent requests for equipment transport by helicopter, validate feasibility with the contractor, and ensure proper traceability in KABAL. Passenger and documentation management Check the daily booking list, ensuring alignment with available technical resources. Create and deliver passenger manifests (for onshore and offshore) completed to pilots, heliport and site at least 24 hours before departure. Manifest shall be sent 24h before departure. Ensure proper use of KABAL (including Trackit), guide users/support for optimal use (example: missing certifications, passengers informed of any delays by the contractor …). Monitor and reporting Track helicopter activities, maintain records and statistics to feed KPI reports and the logistics dashboard. Track and record all derogation requests. Compliance and maintenance Ensure that helicopter Installations at Heliport are well maintained and in conformity with regulations as well for the secondary means (Movement indicators, weather stations, NDB) are in good condition and functional. Follow up all the certification of the airfield / airstrip/ helideck, maintenance and make sure that the contractor can provide a substitute if necessary. Follow all the corrective actions of the Annual aeronautical audit done by LSO and action plan related to the contractor internal audit. Ensure proper application of company rules and logistics procedures. Communication and coordination Participate in daily Logistics/Drilling meetings to ensure operational alignment. Maintain regular liaison with offshore sites for embarkation/disembarkation follow-up. Profil du candidat Education: Engineering diploma or high school diploma. Professional experience: 1-2 years of experience in Logistics (operations and project). BOSIET with CA-EBS certificates. Technical competencies: Helicopter operations. Logistics processes and methods. IT: Kabal (ex-Wellit) / Trackit Logistics software. Synergi. Common computing tools/software (Microsoft Office including EXCEL, MS Project, internet, e-mail). Languages: Fluent in English, written and spoken. Dutch or French or Spanish are a plus. Interpersonal skills: Rigorous, organized, great adaptability, flexible, good reporting and common sense. Self-motivated, proven leadership and proactive for carrying out the activities of the job. Adhere at all times to the values and principles of the Company Code of Conduct.
