Including but not limited to Desktops, Laptops, networks, AD, Modern Device Management, Intelligent Collaboration, IT (HW&SW) Asset Management Services, Field Services and Technical Service Desk.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support in infrastructure services, responding to issues and assisting in tasksSupport the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and recordsProficient knowledge and understanding of Desktop software and hardware technologiesTroubleshooting issues on Windows Clients (End user machines)Experience with Service management toolShould have good knowledge on EUC tools, remote support tools, MS office and outlookProven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar roleWorking knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scannersExcellent problem-solving and multitasking skillsCustomer-oriented attitudeBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 1+ years of relevant work experienceProven experience in infrastructure technology analysisProficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledgeA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther QualificationsAn advanced degree in a relevant field is a plusRelevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are a plus"At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
