Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and oversee the business operational functions. The Head of Operations will ensure effective and compliant end-to-end operations, maintain service quality, and support the bank’s strategic objectives through process efficiency and digital transformation.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage daily business operations, including branch operations, finance, and sales marketing.Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence across all operational units.Drive process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.Oversee performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.Lead, develop, and motivate operational teams to achieve organizational goals.Provide operational insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure.
