Job Title: Operation HeadLocation: Surat (with travel required to Surat, Vadodara & Ahmedabad)Key Responsibilities Training & DevelopmentConduct training sessions for riders, telecallers, and new hires to ensure proper process understanding and performance improvement.Organize regular refresher and skill enhancement sessions.Perform training audits to assess the effectiveness of sessions and identify areas for improvement. Rider Engagement & RetentionDrive engagement activities to maintain motivation and satisfaction among riders.Address rider grievances and provide timely resolutions.Manage rider onboarding, coordination, and retention strategies to reduce attrition. Team & Vendor CoordinationSupport and guide the hiring team to overcome operational and recruitment challenges.Coordinate with vendors for rider hiring, documentation, and payment collections.Handle vendor-related payments and ensure timely settlements. Strategy & Marketing InitiativesDevelop and implement strategies to attract and retain riders.Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities for rider acquisition.Design and manage incentive programs for riders and recruiters to boost performance. Reporting & MIS ManagementMaintain accurate data and prepare MIS reports related to training, recruitment, and operations.Track training outcomes, engagement metrics, and incentive performance. Travel & CoordinationTravel across assigned cities (up to 3 locations) as required for training, audits, and operational coordination.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Training, Operations, or Rider/Telecaller Management.Skills:Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Team-handling experience preferred.Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.Willingness to travel as per business requirements.Rider handling experience is mandatory.Location: Candidates should be from Surat or Ahmedabad, but the role will involve travel to Surat, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad.Skills: management,process improvement,team coordination,recruitment,reporting,retention management,travel,travel management,performance management,hiring,operations,staff training,training,attrition,vendor management,cross-functional collaboration,incentive programs,operations management,manufacturing operations management,retentions,team leadership,development management,daily operations management,vendor coordination,riders,skill enhancement
