The company aims to be a world-class green energy technical services provider.Position: Operation Manager – Drilling Fluids, AlgeriaResponsible for managing and coordinating all drilling fluids project operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery while supporting client needs and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily drilling fluids operations and ensure compliance with Anton and client requirements.Coordinate fluid programs, system planning, product selection, and on-site technical support.Track project KPIs, performance, and operational risks; implement corrective actions.Manage inventory, chemicals, equipment, and operational costs.Lead and support engineering teams; handle training, evaluations, and scheduling.Maintain client communication, attend meetings, and resolve operational issues.Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; review supplier performance.Ensure HSE compliance, conduct investigations, and promote safety culture.Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Drilling Engineering, or related field.10+ years in drilling fluids operations, including 5+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.Experience with international oilfield service companies preferred.Strong technical knowledge of drilling fluids systems and field operations.Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills.Strong planning, problem-solving, and HSE awareness.Algerian nationality is required.
