Through automation across most of our digital platforms, we are able to offer efficient, lower-cost financial solutions directly to our users.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any major.Able to speak Mandarin (oral and written).Minimum 6 months of experience in the collection and telemarketing business, with a good understanding of related processes, workflows, and documentationPrevious experience working in a fintech company is an advantage.Responsibilities:Ability to coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth operational execution.Act as a translator (Mandarin–Indonesian/English) for internal and external communication.Facilitate communication between local teams and Mandarin-speaking colleague.Able to support collection & telemarketing teams when needed, including coordinating data, reports, or translation tasks.Support and collaborate with the Call Center Operations team.Provide operational assistance such as preparing reports, conducting data checks, and coordinating cross-department activities.Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations.Prepare, manage, and organize operational documents.Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.Help ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operational activities.
