This role is key to ensuring that all information is exchanged efficiently and that project activities run smoothly and on schedule.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, and the internal team.Ensure timely and accurate communication and follow up on pending responses when necessary.Coordinate internal workflows to facilitate the progress of ongoing activities.Support the management team by monitoring project milestones and deadlines.Identify and resolve potential communication or coordination issues before they affect operations.Requirements:Strong sense of proactivity and ability to take initiative.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficiency with office and project management tools.Prior experience in coordination or operational roles is an advantage.If you’re ready to take on a key coordination role in a growing international engineering company, we’d love to hear from you.
