Operational Procurement Specialist

Professional Galaxy is looking for a Junior Operational Procurement Specialist on behalf of our client. Assignment/Main Tasks: To assist the Operational Procurement Team in the processing of Purchase Orders in the procurement tool COPP and, as needed, assist in various projects and/or stakeholder management activities.Experience Level:Junior or strong entry level. Experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain and/or Business Administration is preferred, or experience working with other large multinationals.Candidates should be bold self-starters, fast learners, able to manage their own time effectively, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and above all, proven computer skills (especially in Microsoft Office).Start date: 01/12/2025End date: 30/09/2026 (Approx. 10 months). Possibility for prolongationRemote work (Yes/No): Yes, Hybrid.
