That commitment extends to the FIJI Water Foundation—one of the largest philanthropic organizations in Fiji—which focuses its efforts and investments on education, clean water access, environmental sustainability, health and wellness, emergency relief, and community development.Job DescriptionSupervise, mentor and develop a team of 8 QA Technicians across multiple shiftsSchedule and allocate QA Resources to ensure 24/7 quality coverageConduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and training sessionsOversee in-process and finished product inspections, sampling and testingEnsure adherence to GMP, SQF, HACCP, ISO and other relevant standardsInvestigate and resolve quality deviations, non-conformances and customer complaintsMaintain accurate and up-to-date QA records, logs and reportsQualificationsMinimumBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology or Food ScienceGFSI trainedFamiliarity with manufacturing processes. Be computer literate - Word and Excel.
