Job Description
Responsibilities:Develop operational risk management framework and related policies & procedure to comply with company requirements and other regulations (i.e. BOT,AMLO,OIC)Develop Operational Risk Management assessment tools, (RCSA, KRI and Loss report) Reporting to strengthen the three lines of defense focus with operations activities and processes.Manage the process for developing risk policies and procedures, risk limits and approval authoritiesTo do Risk assessment, which involves analysis risks as well as identifying, describing and estimate the risks affecting for businessMonitor Operational Risks within the organization and verify appropriateness of risk controls and mitigationsRaise & promote a risk aware and control conscious culture throughout Ascend business units and support training, advice and experience sharing, Arrange workshop for business unitsImplement/Ensure BC plan, DRP are well established and reviewed on a regular basis.Requirement:Minimum 5 years’ experience in Banking Operations, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Process improvement, or Quality ManagementExcellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills to respond and process incoming from internal/external business partners.Good analytical and presentation skillsStrong negotiation, good attitude, service mind and teamworkBachelor Degree in business administration, finance, economics,Risk Management or related fields
