Our Client are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support professional for a major retail brand in Bangkok. This role is the central operational hub, acting as the key liaison between the Thailand store, local partners, and the HQ in China.Job Desc :- Coordinate daily stock movements (store, warehouse, HQ). Supervise stock receiving, transfers, RTVs, and cycle counts. Monitor stock accuracy in POS and manage logistics partners.- Manage vendor invoices and upload them to the payment system. Follow up on payment status with the finance team and coordinate with accounting partners (local & CN) on invoices and taxes.- Ensure smooth POS function and troubleshoot with IT. Verify daily sales reports and cash reconciliation. Maintain sales data accuracy.- Support the Store Manager in monitoring SOPs and visual standards. Maintain all operational forms, trackers, and maintenance logs. Conduct weekly back-of-house checks.- Support in-store events, liaise with KOLs/influencers for activations, and ensure operational readiness for marketing activities.- Manage the after-sales service process, including product intake, vendor communication, repair tracking, and client updates.- Act as the primary liaison between the Thailand team, local partners, and China HQ for all operational topics.Requirement:- 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, back-office coordination, or store administration, preferably in the luxury, premium retail, or FMCG industry (fresh graduate with strong Mandarin proficiency are welcomed to apply).- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems.- Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Compensation & Key Details- Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 THB per month- Contract: 12-month, fixed- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift (synchronized with mall operating hours)- Probation Period: 119 days
