Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phuket for the position of Operations Assistant. The selected candidate will support daily operations, assist in coordinating and managing tours, and ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks. Other responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, managing client inquiries, and collaborating with the team to maintain and elevate the quality of our services. Efficient multitasking and adaptability are key attributes for this role.
