We’re deeply committed to supporting the caregivers who serve our communities - and as we continue to grow, we’re expanding our team to serve them even better.You’ll take on the role as Technical/Operations Support Officer, balancing day-to-day technical and administrative tasks with hands-on operational support. Your work will involve customer phone and email support, preparing job documentation, conducting internal compliance checks, coordinating inventory, and supporting technical processes. You’ll collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and the broader team, balancing admin, technical support and warehouse coordination. Every day you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you have been instrumental in provided caregivers the tools they need to best serve their communitiesTo be successful in this role, prior experience in helpdesk support is preferred, together with a high level of accuracy and technical confidence. Your contribution is essential in keeping both the team and our clients organised, informed and on track.
