Morgan Hunt are working with a large public sector organisation to recruit a number of operations analysts on a contract basis. The role is on a hybrid working basis, and can be based out of the Glasgow office. Key Responsibilities Contributing towards the administration of the organisational schemes and achievement of key performance indicatorsUpdating, developing, documenting, and streamlining business procedures to ensure robust and efficient processesAbility to build good relationships and credibility with a range of colleagues and external business contactsIdentify instances of potential fraud and non-compliance and make recommendations to management and relevant teamsDeliver targeted number of cases as agreed with your manager as well as reviewing information provided from applicants within set timeframesProvide support on related issues across the team on an ad-hoc basis, including in relation to individual projects across the team Person Specification The ability to collect, analyse and investigate qualitative and quantitative data and evidence to arrive at conclusions and offer recommendations.Good written and verbal communication skills that effectively communicate complex issues to non-expert audiencesAbility to proactively prioritise and plan your work and deliver quality outputs in a dynamic environmentChampion the organisation's culture of inclusion and encourage, support and celebrate the diverse voices and experiences of all colleagues£14.74 per hour PAYE Contract until 31/03/26 Hybrid working (Glasgow) Please get in touch for further information.
