Integral position with a long-standing Italian interiors company; lead the operations and logistics for this iconic brandJoin a leading interior solutions company, founded in Italy over 80 years ago. Synonymous with design excellence and craftsmanship, the role of Operations and Logistics Coordinator is an integral part of the Australian business. Based in the stunning Inner-City showroom, you will work closely with the team and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless operations process from start to finish as well as assist with projects and design where possible.Key Responsibilities Manage all logistical operations and procurement from purchase to payment including all relevant coordination and administrationCoordinate international shipping containers including liaison with international suppliers, domestic warehouse teams and global logistics partnerWork closely with the Project Manager / Installer including coordination of site measurementsAssist designers with product specifications and general advice in the showroom as necessaryOngoing review of prices for products, services and proposals, keeping abreast of currency fluctuationsSkills and Experience Relevant industry experience with a high-end furniture/interiors designer in a similar capacity; previous exposure to bathroom/kitchen design highly regardedProficient Vectorworks skills or experience using an alternative CAD programme desirableProactive attitude with unwavering attention to detailProcess driven with ability to prioritise and manage workload accordinglyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage key stakeholder relationshipsBenefits and Culture Join a well-established brand with excellent market presenceWork with a passionate and experienced teamGenerous salary package with training opportunities availableStunning showroom/office based in Sydney’s creative hub#70863 Alex McAllister
