Shrine London is a Private Advisory and Leadership Development firm working with founders, CEOs, and senior leadership teams across the United Kingdom and internationally. We operate at a high standard and we are expanding. We are looking for an Operations and Media Assistant who is organised, proactive, confident, and committed to personal and professional growth.You will support the Directors across the operational and creative engines of the business. You will help maintain structure, coordination, and precision at every level. You will work across operations, content, client delivery, internal communication, and event support. You will learn how a high performing advisory firm runs from the inside and you will contribute directly to the quality and consistency of our delivery.This role suits someone who is ambitious, switched on, ready to learn fast, and able to maintain high standards in a fast moving environment. The role is hybrid and requires a quiet and professional environment for calls. You will be provided with all equipment necessary to carry out your work at a professional level.⸻ResponsibilitiesOperations Support• Organise diaries, schedules, and internal weekly structure• Prepare documents, client materials, and internal assets• Support the Directors with daily administration and operational activities• Coordinate communication with subcontractors across content, design, and editing• Maintain internal systems, organisation, filing, and task tracking• Follow through on tasks with accuracy, clarity, and reliabilityMedia and Content Support• Expert ability in Canva• Create presentations, pitch decks, and branding collateral in Canva• Produce clean and professional graphics and visual materials• Support content organisation, archiving, and workflow management• Learn filming and editing through external training provided• Assist with content planning and short form media productionEvent and Client Logistics• Support logistics for client events, immersion days, away days, and leadership sessions• Assist with travel organisation, scheduling, and preparation• Ensure smooth execution before, during, and after eventsTeam Coordination• Act as a central organising point for the Directors and subcontractors• Maintain structured communication across the business• Track ongoing tasks and ensure timely follow through• Contribute to a calm, organised, professional operating environment⸻What You Need• Strong communication and confidence on calls• High attention to detail and a reliable working style• Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs• Expert ability in Canva• Willingness to learn filming and editing through provided training• Ability to learn quickly and follow structured processes• A quiet and professional home environment for hybrid work• Confidence, ambition, and readiness to grow inside a high performance company• Portuguese or Mandarin language would be looked on as favourable• No agency or corporate experience required.
