For the right person, this is an exceptional opportunity to develop and progress into an Operations Manager / Chief of Staff position. You’ll have the freedom to take ownership, help drive efficiencies and make a real difference to how things run day to day. You’ll be handling busy diaries, coordinating meetings and events, and managing relationships with high-profile stakeholders. It’s a fast-paced environment where trust, attention to detail and a sense of calm are key.Key Responsibilities & SkillsThis role calls for someone who combines precision and professionalism with a proactive mindset and natural curiosity about how the business operates. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless delivery in a fast-paced environment.Manage complex diaries, international travel and logistics, maintaining clear and professional communication at all times.Act as a trusted ambassador for both senior stakeholders and the wider organisation, representing the business with confidence and discretion.Coordinate meetings, events and projects end-to-end, taking full ownership of logistics and ensuring smooth, efficient delivery.Bring exceptional attention to detail and consistently uphold high standards of organisation and presentation.Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a key point of contact for clients and partners.Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, composure under pressure and a positive, collaborative approach.Anticipate needs, think ahead and provide practical, thoughtful solutions that add real value.Take a genuine interest in understanding the business and its associated companies, contributing to its wider success.Who We’re Looking ForYou’ll be ambitious and proactive with a natural desire to get stuck in and make an impact. Experience working alongside senior leadership or board-level executives will be highly regarded, as will previous exposure to a start-up or fast-growing environment where you’ve managed a broad range of responsibilities.
