You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of our operations, leveraging your skills in data management, workflows, and process improvement. Proficiency in Excel is required, and familiarity with SQL is a valuable bonus. Streamline and optimize workflows for greater efficiency Create and maintain dashboards to track key operational metrics Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product & customer success teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of operational tasks Provide support for process improvements and project management initiative Data Management and Automation: Assist in extracting, cleaning, and organizing data for better insights and decision-making Conduct audits and checks to maintain data accuracy Resolve discrepancies in data or processes proactivelyQualificationsExperience: 0-2 years Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation). Basic knowledge of SQL is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI-powered tools or workflow management platforms is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
