We operate fast, think independently, and use AI to collapse what used to take hours into minutes.If you’re curious, hungry to learn, and allergic to corporate bureaucracy, you’ll fit right in.About the RoleWe’re hiring a Growth & Operations Lead to help us scale internal and client systems, including marketing automation, CRM systems, and inbound engines. You’ll work directly with the founder to design, build and run modern AI-powered business systems from the inside.This is a rare opportunity to get hands-on exposure to how a fast-moving startup operates at the intersection of AI, marketing, and business strategy.What You’ll DoSupport the setup and maintenance of CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Notion, n8n, etc.).Manage lead and campaign tracking using LLM APIs, Stripe, Google Products, and other AI tools.Help create and optimise AI-assisted marketing workflows.Assist with operational tasks requiring Japanese communication (emails, forms, supplier coordination, etc.).Contribute new ideas for optimisation and growth, and execute them fast.Who You AreBased in Japan with valid working rights.Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).Fluent in English.Strong curiosity, communication, adaptability, and precision.Interested in learning how AI, automation, and data systems transform real-world businesses.Thrive in fast-paced, minimal-supervision environments.Preference given to candidates under 35 or early in careerWhat We OfferPossibility for Hybrid work (Shibuya, Tokyo).Training in AI tools, automation, and startup operations.Mentorship directly from the founder.
