We know fun, and we always have a team event on our calendars, so are you ready to join us?Role |As a City Operations Manager, you will lead all on-the-ground operations in your market. You will manage and motivate a team responsible for quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics — ensuring that every Ukio home meets our operational standards every single day.In this new operational structure, long-term planning and guest relationship management are handled by dedicated teams. Your focus is on execution, team leadership, process control, and results. You'll be measured by your ability to meet KPIs - speed, cost efficiency, quality, and readiness.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and tangible outcomes.Responsibilities |Lead, train, and coach a local operations team across maintenance, apartments turnover, QA, and logisticsCreate structure - daily stand-ups, shift plans, and checklists - to ensure operational rhythm and focusFoster a performance culture with clear accountability and recognition for strong executionConduct regular audits and performance reviews to ensure high output and quality consistencyDeliver flawless daily execution across all operational workflows - readiness, maintenance, logistics, and inspectionsHit operational KPIs including readiness rate, SLA compliance, downtime reduction, and cost-per-unit performanceQuickly diagnose bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and report progress against KPIsCollaborate with centralized planning and GX teams to execute schedules and priorities effectivelyEnsure SOPs are rigorously followed and continuously refined for efficiencyIdentify process inefficiencies, waste, and improvement opportunities — and implement measurable fixesDrive consistency and precision across the team's day-to-day workMonitor vendor KPIs, costs, and SLA compliance - hold partners accountable to high standardsMaintain control over stock levels for all consumables, linens, and suppliesEnsure supply chain reliability, minimal waste, and efficient stock movementPartner with the central procurement team to track costs and implement savingsAbout you |You have at least 5+ years of experience working as a Hospitality / Guest Operations Manager or similar role and have experience in managing a team of at least 10 people. Skilled organizer and effective communicatorFluent English and the local language in your market (Spanish/Portuguese/French/Italian)Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changesConfident with working in cross-functional teamsComfortable performing in a start-up environment (high grit, act with great speed, and adaptive to change)Strong leadership skillsAbility for overviewing and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectivenessGreat planner and keen eye for detail.
