We make stories.As we scale across multiple creative and operational lanes, we’re hiring an organized, resourceful, detail-sharp Operations Coordinator to support our COO and the cross-functional teams that bring our ideas to life.⭐ Role OverviewThe Operations Coordinator is the organizational anchor behind the COO’s office — supporting day-to-day operations, tracking customer orders and fulfillment metrics, maintaining project timelines, and providing execution support across Operations and Storytelling.This is a hands-on, high-visibility founding operations role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment and wants to grow into project management or operations leadership as we scale.You’ll work closely with:COO — operational systems, order tracking, process managementMultimedia Director — project coordination, asset tracking, timelinesCross-functional teams — Sales, Storytelling, Supply Chain, and GrowthEstimated time commitment: 10–12 hours per week.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesOperational CoordinationTrack customer orders, shipments, and fulfillment statusMaintain operational KPIs and weekly dashboardsSupport setup and continuous improvement of workflow systemsMonitor timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teamsCoordinate with the COO on daily, weekly, and monthly prioritiesCross-Team SupportAssist Storytelling with project schedules, asset checklists, and content routingWork with Supply Chain on vendor updates, logistics notes, and order accuracySupport Sales and Partnerships with basic operational follow-throughHelp ensure smooth handoffs between departmentsAdministrative & Organizational SupportMaintain shared calendars and cross-team communicationsOrganize documentation, SOPs, and process librariesAssist with meeting prep, follow-ups, notes, and action itemsHelp the COO stay ahead of deadlines, bottlenecks, and needsQuality + ConsistencyEnsure documentation is accurate, updated, and accessibleAssist in implementing operational best practicesCoordinate with HR/PMO on new process rollouts🌱 What Success Looks LikeNo detail falls through the cracksCustomer orders and metrics are always up to dateGeoff and Erin feel supported and unburdenedProjects hit deadlines because you kept the ship alignedThe whole ops → storytelling → vendor → customer chain runs smootherYou become a trusted partner in building the operational backbone of OLYD🎨 Who You AreExceptionally organized and proactiveComfortable juggling multiple projects at onceDetail-oriented but able to see the big pictureA clear communicator — written, verbal, and asyncTech-friendly (Google Workspace, Sheets, project tools, etc.)Comfortable with creative environments and shifting prioritiesHumble, curious, and happy to pitch in wherever neededEnergized by building processes, not just following themA team player who wants to help something meaningful grow from the ground up📈 Requirements1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, project support, or similarAbility to think critically and organize chaos into clarityComfort working cross-functionally with creative and operational teamsReliable execution, follow-through, and communicationStartup experience is a plusExperience with logistics, order tracking, or project tools is helpful but not requiredMust be comfortable in a founder-driven, fast-changing environment💛 CompensationThis is a founding-stage, equity-based position.Equity: 0.25% ownership in Oh!
