Led by a leadership team with over 40 years of combined experience, the company partners with global manufacturers to serve healthcare providers across Canada.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Mississauga, ON. The role involves managing daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and logistics, and overseeing end-to-end order-to-cash processes. Responsibilities:Customer Service & Invoicing Support·        Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.·        Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.·        Support customer account updates and maintain accurate contact and billing information.Order Processing & Daily Operations·        Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment and shipment.·        Maintain organized records of sales orders, shipments, and returns.·        Assist with warehouse coordination and inventory receiving as needed.Sales & Administrative Support·        Manage the shared sales inbox and coordinate sample or consignment requests.·        Assist with new customer setup and documentation.·        Prepare quotes, confirmations, and price updates as directed.ERP & Data Entry·        Enter and update customer, vendor, and product information.·        Assist with generating routine and ad hoc reports from the ERP system.·        Ensure data accuracy and consistency across records.Vendor Coordination·        Communicate with vendors regarding product availability, returns, and shipping issues.·        Support the processing of vendor invoices and freight documentation.·        Track delivery timelines and help resolve discrepancies.Month-End & Administrative Tasks·        Assist with month-end reporting, reconciliations, and filing.·        Support ongoing administrative projects and process updates.Quality & Compliance Support·        Help maintain quality and regulatory tracking logs (i.e., returns, complaints, and audits).·        Ensure all documentation is properly filed and up to date. Qualifications·        2 or more years of experience in operations or customer service.·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.·        Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Work Environment & Schedule·        This is a full-time, in-office position (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM).·        The role involves a mix of desk-based and light warehouse activities
