As the Director of Operations, you will be a key member of our client's leadership team, to translate their vision into operational excellence. With a focus on program management, financial performance, and talent development, you will play a central role in ensuring the business delivers world-class work and sustainable growth. What You’ll Be Responsible For:Operational & Program ExcellenceEnsure production workflows are seamlessly integrated with creative, strategy, and measurement teams to enable breakthrough ideas and outcomes.Lead and allocate program/project management resources to ensure flawless, on-time, on-budget delivery that meets both creative and client expectations.Maintain profitability across all programs by guiding teams on budget management and financial stewardship.Oversee the development of processes, championing best practices and continuous improvement.Encourages collaboration across project management teams and leverage internal capabilities to strengthen project delivery.Client LeadershipSupport account and production teams in building strong client relationships, ensuring needs are consistently understood, anticipated, and metServe as Executive Producer on key projects when requiredFinancial PerformancePartner with the Finance Director to manage staffing plans, oversee project costs, and optimize resource utilization, including freelance spend.Assemble and guide the right operational resources for new business pitches to maximize conversion.Business Development SupportEvaluate new business opportunities for operational feasibility and resourcing needsContribute to new business pitches as the operations expertTalent Development & LeadershipCollaborate with office leadership to attract, grow, and retain top-tier talent aligned with current and future business needs.Develop and mentor the production team, encouraging long-term career development and skill advancement.Build a strong culture of collaboration, community, and high performance.Champion a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace in alignment with the company’s DE&I goals.You’re a Strong Fit If You Have:Min 10 years of production experience, including at least 3 years in an agency environmentA track record of leading successful teams and delivering strong client outcomes
