About the RoleWe’re looking for an Operations & Events Lead to ensure every marketing initiative in LATAM runs smoothly — from internal processes to large-scale activations. This role combines project management, logistics, and event execution, helping the marketing team deliver on time, on budget, and with excellence.You’ll work closely with Performance, Branding, and Content teams to coordinate marketing workflows, manage vendors, organize regional events, and streamline communication between teams. Key Responsibilities· Coordinate marketing operations, timelines, and task management across LATAM.· Plan and execute regional events, webinars, and activations (online and in-person).· Manage suppliers, budgets, and logistical details for marketing initiatives.· Oversee production of branded materials, signage, and event assets.· Handle merchandising & giveaways — planning, inventory, approvals, and logistics.· Ensure internal governance and process documentation are maintained.· Collaborate with Finance and Admin teams for expense tracking and vendor coordination.· Support the organization of marketing trips and regional bootcamps. What We’re Looking For· 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, events, or project coordination.· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.· Experience managing vendors, logistics, and budgets across LATAM.· Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).· Proactive mindset and ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
