Job DescriptionEvaluate business performances and internal processes for improvements to achieve operational and financial goalsAssist in implementing performance improvement initiatives to meet business objectives, improve efficiency and internal controlsAssist in consolidating and reviewing key operational performances and generating periodic performance reports for management reviewCollect data from databases to create integrated views to drive decision makingManage KPI creation and design process with process ownersTroubleshoot with stakeholders for any inaccurate and/or incomplete KPI performance dataRequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree/master in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant disciplines.Possess strong analytical and problem solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel/ PowerpointKnowledge of SQL & Python is a plusStrong oral and written communication skillsPositive, team-player, and energetic attitudeWork well with cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic work environment
