Senior Data Analyst, Regional BI & Planning

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will:Gather business requirements from different functional teams and translate them into suitable data solutionsConvert ambiguous business problems into concrete questions and hypotheses to be solved using data-driven multi-disciplinary problem-solving approachesWork with various partner teams to ensure data accuracy and integrityCreate and maintain interactive dashboards/reports to effectively provide visibility on business performance for business stakeholdersLeverage on data expertise and business understanding to perform analysis and provide insights to influence business decisions & hypothesesRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of relevant experience with handling large volumes of data using SQL & Python (PySpark experience is a plus)Proficient in Excel for data manipulation and analysisOutstanding in interpersonal communications and stakeholder managementExperience in understanding business problems, translating it into business requirements and coming up with suitable data solutions. Knowledge and experience in Data Science is a plusExperience in e-Commerce or the internet industry is preferred
