You’ll work closely with the Operations Lead and executive leadership to maintain team momentum and ensure we operate with precision and clarity. Key Responsibilities:Inbox & Calendar Management – Prioritize emails, manage schedules, and ensure leadership stays focused on prioritiesMeeting Coordination – Schedule, attend, and document meetings with clear action stepsRecruitment & Onboarding – Write job ads, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and onboard new hires into systems and cultureOperations & Systems Support – Collaborate with the Operations Lead to complete recurring tasks and optimize internal processesProject Support – Assist with backend documentation and coordination of land dealsTeam Communication – Ensure alignment across leadership and the broader team through updates and trackingSpecial Projects – Support hiring playbooks, SOP development, CRM management, and internal workflows as neededRequired Skills & Experience:2+ years in an Executive Assistant, People Ops, Admin, or Operations roleExperience managing recruiting pipelines and onboarding workflowsExcellent written and verbal EnglishStrong organization, time management, and attention to detailHigh proficiency with Google Workspace, CRMs, and project management toolsBased in Jamaica with reliable internet Self-starter with a bias for actionBonus Skills:Experience with hiring automation or onboarding platformsFamiliarity with land development or real estate operationsWorkflow automation experience (Monday, Zapier, Airtable, ClickUp, etc.)Compensation & Benefits:Competitive USD compensation (discussed during interview process)Paid in USD via international platformFully remote positionCollaborative, high-performance team cultureHow to Apply:To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you MUST complete our Job Fit Assessment and submit your resume and cover letter.Job Fit Assessment: Please allow for 30-40 minutes of undistracted time to complete the assessment via the following link: https://TeamArchitects.asmt.io/XCCFNFXRP/TransactionCoordinator-BarefootLandCoSubmit Resume & Cover Letter: Email your resume and cover letter to recruiting@barefootlandco.com and let us know how you heard about the position.About Us:Barefoot Land Co. is a growing real estate acquisitions firm specializing in sourcing premium land development opportunities.
