The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, product education and sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the brand maintains a positive, credible presence in the market.Key Responsibilities:Represent EPPE at events, online, and in retail spaces.Share product knowledge and demonstrate usage and benefits.Engage customers, respond to inquiries, and encourage reviews/testimonials.Create and share brand content to boost visibility.Support retail sell-through, sampling, and promotional campaigns.Collect customer feedback and market insights.Skills & Requirements:Strong communication and presentation skills.Confident, engaging, customer-focused.Familiar with social media and content sharing.Skincare interest or willingness to learn.Ability to work independently and attend events where required.Success Measures:Increased brand awareness, engagement, and sales.Quality customer interactions and content-driven exposure.
