The team is composed of skilled attorneys with years of experience and expertise in various legal fields. Role Description This is a full-time Legal Secretary role located on-site in Kingston. The Legal Secretary will support legal professionals through tasks including drafting and preparing legal documents, managing schedules, handling clerical duties, and maintaining confidential records. You will coordinate appointments, maintain calendars, and assist with correspondence to ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily operations at the firm. Qualifications Strong knowledge of law and experience in legal document preparation.Proficiency as a legal assistant with excellent clerical skills and attention to detail.Effective diary management and organizational skills for managing schedules and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment with discretion and confidentiality.Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and document management practices.Certification in legal studies or a related field is highly desirable.Prior experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role will be considered an asset.
