Job Description

Support the day-to-day operations of the Harry Potter Visions of Magic Experience.Manage, schedule, and supervise part-timers and interns to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations.Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, including preparing reports.Provide basic Level 1 technical troubleshooting for interactive stations.Assign daily duty stations and brief part-time hosts before shifts.Assist with coordination and facilitation of VIP visits.Manage guest flow and queue lines for attractions.Support and guide guests in the use of interactive stations.Ensure consistently positive visitor experiences through professional guest service.Required Education and Experience:Prior experience in entertainment, exhibitions, hospitality, or large-scale events.Interest or aptitude in event planning, retail, logistics, or related management fields.Responsible, resilient, and able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Strong oral and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.High integrity and ability to manage confidential data.Able to prioritise and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.Experience managing people in a customer-facing environment preferred.
