The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the end-to-end operations process, from handling customer and supplier communications to coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely delivery of services. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:Communicate with customers and suppliers by sending and receiving offers via email.Manage the entire enquiry process, from initial request to final invoicing, ensuring smooth operational flow.Track shipments and provide customers with timely delivery updates.Respond to customer enquiries promptly and in line with internal procedures.Handle purchase requisitions, secure necessary approvals, and place orders with suppliers.Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability and minimize delays.Ensure all operational activities meet established quality standards.Coordinate with technicians and engineers to schedule and support vessel servicing.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient and timely execution of requests. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or a related field.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred and will be considered an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.Fluency in both Greek and English is required. Ready to make an impact?
