If you're looking for an established company with defined processes, this isn't the right fit. If you want to BUILD those processes and systems with me, this could be exactly what you're looking for.We need an operator who can build systems, manage complexity, and move fast - not someone who waits to be told what to do.This is NOT for you if:You need detailed instructions before taking actionYou wait for approval on every decisionYou're used to corporate environments with layers of bureaucracyYou're afraid of making mistakesYou need hand-holdingThis IS for you if:You see problems and fix them without being askedYou'd rather ask forgiveness than permissionYou've worked in startups and thrive in ambiguityYou can build systems from scratch, not just follow existing onesYou move FAST and iterate rather than planning foreverYou take ownership like it's your own businessWhat You'll Own:Supplier negotiations & relationship management (currently working with Chinese manufacturers)Building out customer service systems (hiring VAs, setting up support processes)Team coordination & hiring (video editors, media buyers, contractors)Operations infrastructure (policy pages, tracking systems, documentation)Finding holes in our processes and fixing them before I even noticeSmall-but-important tasks that need to get done but I'm deprioritizingWhat Success Looks Like in 6 Months:Customer service runs without my involvementSupplier relationships are optimized (better rates, reliable fulfillment)We've hired and onboarded 2-3 new team members smoothlySystems exist for things that were previously chaoticI'm spending 80%+ of my time on marketing/copywriting instead of operationsRequirements:3-5+ years experience in operations, project management, or similar roleMust have startup experience (not corporate)Proven track record of building systems/processes from scratchComfortable with fast-paced decision makingExperience managing vendors, contractors, or suppliersExcellent written English (you'll be negotiating and communicating with US/international vendors)Comfortable with tech tools (we use n8n, Notion, various APIs - you don't need to know these but must be tech-savvy)Bonus Points:Experience in ecommerce, dropshipping, or affiliate marketingHas worked with overseas suppliers/manufacturers (especially Chinese suppliers)Built customer service operations beforeHired and managed remote teamsExperience with fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain
