This includes analyzing and identifying opportunities for process enhancement, guiding leaders on Process Management and Lean Six Sigma practices, and ensuring business processes adhere to best practices and organizational strategies.Key Activities InvolveTranslating requirements into efficient, standardized processes.Facilitating process mapping and ensuring system readiness (e.g., EPC, IO, ICS/CRM).Documenting process dependencies, risks, and controls.Maintaining and updating Policy and Process Manuals (PPMs).Ensuring end-to-end process alignment across all channels and touchpoints.PROCESS AND DELIVERY MANAGEMENT Analyze and evaluate business process improvement opportunities Guide business unit leaders in understanding and use of Process Management and Lean Six Sigma methods by establishing links between process improvement initiatives and business strategies and identifying and prioritizing high impact opportunities.
