Operations Maintenance Manager

We are hiring Operations and Maintenance Manager – EV Chargers experience.Job Purpose:The Operations and Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for a large network of over 2,000 EV chargers (AC and DC) across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:Manage the operation and maintenance of 2,000+ EV chargers (AC and DC) across different locations.Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to company standards.Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure maximum uptime.Monitor network performance and ensure 99% uptime across all chargers.Conduct troubleshooting and coordinate with OEMs and software partners to resolve technical issues.Perform root cause analysis and apply corrective actions to prevent recurring failures.Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and logistics to support maintenance activities.Prepare regular reports and KPIs on charger performance, maintenance trends, and downtime analysis.Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and quality standards.Oversee manpower scheduling, resource allocation, and technician training programs.Collaborate with operations, projects, and technical teams for seamless integration of new chargers into the network.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and service quality.Respond to emergency situations promptly to minimize service disruption.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Electronics EngineeringMinimum 7 years of experience in operations and maintenance within the EV charging, electrical infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors.Proven experience managing large-scale maintenance operations with 2,000+ assets or chargers.Strong technical knowledge of AC and DC EV charger hardware and control systems.Expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance management.Hands-on experience with monitoring systems, diagnostic tools, and reporting platforms.Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities.Fluency in both English and Arabic (mandatory).Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
