As Operations Manager – Service Center, you will play a key role in achieving our sustainability and innovation goals while contributing your expertise to drive ambitious projects. Here are some of the responsibilities and skills we value:Job description:At Cantillana NV – Facade, you will ensure the overall performance of the Service Centre and guarantee a smooth, efficient and customer-oriented organisation. You will supervise the operational, logistics and customer service teams and play a key role in continuous improvement, service quality and internal coordination.Your responsibilities:Lead and support teams: work organisation, skills development and performance management.Ensure day-to-day operational management: planning, logistics coordination, process optimisation and quality control.Guarantee an impeccable customer experience: monitoring needs, managing complaints, corrective actions and loyalty building.Manage the operational budget and monitor expenditure, while identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability.Oversee stock and collaboration with suppliers, ensuring product availability and inventory reliability.Ensure legal compliance, site safety and risk management.
