(운영매니저 / Operations Manager)📍 LocationSeoul, South Korea 서울, 대한민국Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and improve organizational efficiency. 조직의 일상적인 비즈니스 운영을 총괄하고 효율성을 향상시킬 운영매니저(Operations Manager) 를 모집합니다.The ideal candidate will manage resources, coordinate teams, and implement process improvements to ensure smooth and effective operations. 선발된 인원은 자원을 관리하고 팀을 조율하며, 업무 프로세스를 개선하여 원활하고 효율적인 운영을 보장하게 됩니다.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals. 일상적인 운영을 총괄하고 회사의 목표에 부합하도록 관리합니다.Develop, implement, and optimize operational policies and procedures. 운영 정책 및 절차를 개발, 시행, 최적화합니다.Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships. 예산, 자원, 외부 협력업체 관계를 관리합니다.Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare operational reports. 성과 지표(KPI)를 모니터링하고 운영 보고서를 작성합니다.Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous process improvement. 비효율적인 부분을 식별하고 지속적인 프로세스 개선을 추진합니다.Lead and mentor team members to enhance performance and productivity. 팀 구성원을 리딩하고 멘토링하여 성과와 생산성을 향상시킵니다.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements. 회사 정책, 안전 기준 및 관련 법규를 준수하도록 관리합니다.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 경영학, 운영관리 또는 관련 분야의 학사 이상 학위 소지자.Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, or management. 운영, 행정 또는 관리 분야에서 5년 이상의 경력 보유자.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 뛰어난 리더십, 조직력 및 문제 해결 능력 보유자.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or workflow systems. MS Office 활용 능숙 및 ERP 또는 업무 관리 시스템에 익숙한 자.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Korean. 영어 및 한국어 의사소통 능력과 대인관계 능력 우수자.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure. 여러 프로젝트를 동시에 관리하고 기한 내에 수행할 수 있는 능력 보유자.Preferred QualificationsExperience in process optimization, logistics, or project management. 프로세스 최적화, 물류 또는 프로젝트 관리 경험자 우대.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Lean, Six Sigma 등 프로세스 개선 방법론에 대한 지식 보유자 우대.Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments. 다국적 또는 빠른 변화의 업무 환경에서의 근무 경험자 우대.
