Role Overview:The Operations Manager will oversee the full operational performance of Croccante’s outlets. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate will work closely with the founder and team leaders to plan, optimize, and scale operations while maintaining Croccante’s high standards in food quality, service, and brand experience.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership:Lead day-to-day operations across all Croccante branches, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with brand standards.Develop and implement operational plans to support business growth and efficiency.Coordinate with production, purchasing, logistics, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless workflow and product consistency.Performance & Process Optimization:Analyze branch performance metrics (sales, cost, wastage, productivity) and implement improvement plans.Standardize operational procedures and ensure adherence to SOPs across all branches.Drive initiatives to enhance service speed, product quality, and customer satisfaction.Team Development:Lead, train, and motivate the operations and branch teams to maintain a culture of excellence and accountability.Build succession plans and training programs to improve staff performance and engagement.Quality & Compliance:Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality control measures are strictly followed.Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with company and local regulations.Planning & Growth:Collaborate with the founder on new branch openings, layout design, and resource planning.Plan operational budgets and optimize cost structures without compromising quality.Contribute to menu development and innovation by aligning operations with customer preferences and market trends.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proven experience in optimizing operations and driving performance improvements.Excellent understanding of inventory management, cost control, and supply chain processes.Passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:Opportunity to be part of a growing premium F&B brand.Direct involvement in shaping the future of Croccante’s operations.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Dynamic, hands-on work environment with a passionate team.
