Operations Manager

A fast-growing and innovative startup is looking for an Operations Manager to lead and manage all operational aspects of the company.The role includes full ownership of operational processes, managing assembly and integration of complex products, overseeing supply chain and procurement (local and international), and working closely with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the company.What’s in the role?Leading the company’s operations, reporting directly to the CEOManaging international procurement, import, and export processesOverseeing assembly and integration of multidisciplinary systemsWorking with suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroadSupporting and establishing production lines overseasRequirements:Proven experience managing operations in tech / multidisciplinary product companiesSignificant experience in international procurement, import, and exportExperience managing assembly and integration processesExperience establishing production lines abroadFamiliarity with Priority ERP
