From regenerative agriculture and artisan food to retreats, workshops, and cultural events, it could be your opportunity to be a part of something truly special. 🌿 The RoleAs the Operations Manager, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the Luxury environment ensuring the smooth, efficient, and inspired running of the growing portfolio of projects and facilities. You’ll coordinate people, processes, and priorities, making sure the daily operations align with the business mission and values.You’ll:Oversee day to day site operations across the hospitality, accomodation and event activities. Develop and implement systems for efficiency, safety, and sustainability.Manage a small, passionate team and external partners.Support financial management, logistics, and project delivery. Work closely with the key stakeholders to shape strategy and growth.Be hands on, proactive, and adaptable; no task too big or too small. 🧺 About YouYou’re an organisational powerhouse who loves turning vision into reality. You bring both structure and creativity, with a track record of managing complex operations. You’re motivated by purpose, love working with people, and feel at home in the countryside.You’ll likely have:Experience in operations, hospitality, or project management (preferably in a rural, creative, or sustainability led environment).
