Every Element of a Life Well Lived.At Lagree Vietnam, we bring together The Studio, The Reset, and The Blend — creating a space to move, recover, and refuel daily.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and service-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of Lagree Vietnam.This is a key role supporting the Founder directly and helping build strong systems, structure, and culture as the business grows.Your ResponsibilitiesOperations & AdministrationOversee and coordinate daily operations across all departmentsDevelop, implement, and maintain SOPsMonitor all day-to-day activities — ensuring everything runs on time, smoothly, and consistentlySupport with staff scheduling, attendance, and shift planningManage inventory controlTrack and order supplies in coordination with The Blend and The Reset teamsMaintain daily reportsEnsure facility readiness: lighting, scent, temperature, music, and presentation all meet 5-star standardsLiaise with external vendorsSupport event setup, marketing activations, and member campaignsCustomer ExperienceBe the main point of contact for members and guests — greeting, assisting, and ensuring a personalized experienceHandle feedback and complaints professionally, always providing solutionsEnsure smooth coordination between front desk, coaches, and café for class transitions and member flowSupport membership management: follow-ups, renewals, and premium service careTeam Support & TrainingTrain and mentor front-of-house and new staff in service standards and SOPsConduct daily team briefings to ensure alignment and readinessSupport in hiring, onboarding, and probation reviewsFoster a positive, supportive, and high-performing team cultureFounder SupportAct as the Founder’s right hand in daily coordination and communicationHelp prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and follow up on key tasksSupport project management for new launches, events, or improvementsAnticipate operational issues and propose proactive solutionsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in luxury hotels, spas, or fitness centers (minimum 2 years preferred)Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsFluent in English & VietnameseHigh attention to detail and follow-throughProfessional, calm, and service-orientedPassionate about wellness and creating memorable experiencesPerks & BenefitsSalary: 20,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND/month + bonusUniform providedDiscounts at The Blend and The ResetFree Lagree classes at The StudioWork in a premium, wellness-focused environment with growth potentialApply now: career@lagree.com.vnLocation: No. 7, Street 65, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City (Former District 2), Ho Chi Minh City
