If you have a strong background in F&B operations and love building high-performing teams, we want you on board.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while fostering a positive, performance-driven culture aligned with the brand’s mission and values.Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations across all outlets — including sales performance, inventory control, customer service, quality assurance, and compliance with health and safety standards.Training & Development: Implement structured training programs to continuously upskill team members, ensuring all staff meet and exceed brand standards.Entrepreneurial Mindset: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and business growth. Work closely with management to develop and execute innovative, results-driven strategies.Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with senior management to align operational strategies with broader business objectives, ensuring consistent brand delivery across all stores.End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility from front-line execution to strategic planning — ensuring smooth, profitable, and sustainable restaurant operations.On-Ground Leadership: Be a visible leader in-store, guiding teams hands-on to ensure smooth execution of operations. This includes overseeing multiple store locations across Thailand.Performance & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
