Deliver with Precision.Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence?Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where quality, compliance, and continuous improvement are key?Lynch Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our floral production.About the Role:As our Warehouse Operations Manager, you’ll lead the team who are responsible for: End-to-end warehouse operations including production, logistics, transport, and inventory Strategic planning to align operations with business goals and KPIs Quality control across floral production and arrangement assembly Compliance leadership including Chain of Responsibility (CoR), ISO 9001, HACCP, SQF, HARPS Process optimization and cost-saving initiatives Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration Risk management and safety oversight Reporting and analysis to drive performance and profitabilityWhat We’re Looking For:We’re seeking a hands-on leader with:Tertiary qualifications in Business Management/Operations discipline or equivalent business experience/knowledge. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management/supervisory role Proven success in production or logistics environments (floristry or fresh produce a plus!) Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and operational risk Excellent communication, delegation, and decision-making skills Forklift license and knowledge of supermarket sector highly regardedFmcg experience is highly regardedHands-on experience in floristry or horticulture?
