Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Etobicoke, ON. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing schedules, coordinating with team members, optimizing workflows, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The role includes staff supervision, maintaining customer relationships, handling logistics, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Operational management skills, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and team coordinationStrong leadership and team management abilities with the capability to oversee and guide staffCustomer service and relationship management skills to ensure client satisfactionKnowledge of lawn care, landscaping practices, and safety protocols is highly beneficialProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle logistics and challenges effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in time management and ability to work on-site full-timePrevious experience in operations management or a related field is an asset
