SummaryAs an Operations Manager, you translate the broader TechOps (Technical Operations) strategy into actionable site-level strategies. You align with key stakeholders and implement effective methodologies and tools to drive execution. Your core mission is to lead the site's operational excellence journey, focusing on improving performance, productivity, and quality. This ensures the site's competitiveness, supports sustainable growth, and contributes to Novartis' overall success.You are a key member of the site leadership team, reporting directly to the Site Head.
