You'll ensure the productivity, quality, and availability of our trading environments, drive business analysis, and deliver high-quality solutions for key stakeholders. This is a full-time role based in Melbourne, with flexible working arrangements available. As our Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a strong work ethic and collaborative cultureOversee trading environments, ensuring technical management of liquidity and market data providersManage regulatory trade reporting across multiple financial services licencesMaintain the quality and integrity of trading platforms and related systemsApply Agile methodologies to deliver business solutions and continuous improvementsDevelop and implement policies, procedures, and training resourcesAct as the primary contact for client issues related to compliance and reportingCollaborate with risk, finance, and data engineering teams, as well as vendors and product managersContribute to strategic planning and operational excellenceAbout YouRelevant degree (Economics, Business, IT, or Mathematics)7-10 years' experience in a similar role within Margin FX and CFD industriesHigh-level experience with retail FX bridge technologies (OneZero/PrimeXM or similar)Strong knowledge of retail trading platforms (MT4/5, cTrader essential)Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and support cross-functional teamsExperience as an application-focused Business Analyst in an Agile environmentStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWhy you will enjoy working with usCompetitive salary structure including company bonus scheme Genuinely collaborative and friendly culture Flexible and hybrid working Remote working option - work from anywhere for up to 6 weeks per year, in addition to hybrid working as standard Ongoing personal development & learning opportunities 15 weeks paid primary carers parental leave & 4 weeks paid secondary carers leave 3 paid volunteering days per year & Workplace Giving Program Frequent events and celebrations including a standard weekly social Beautifully renovated large office at Collins Square - 727 Collins Street, Melbourne Best in class end of trip facilities including bicycle parking, change rooms & showers A full stocked kitchen, onsite coffee machines with locally sourced coffee beans (this is Melbourne after all) and curated specialty teas More About Pepperstone   We're a regulated online Forex and CFD trading platform.
