Using imported Polyethylene Fabric designed for all climates, Shadeports Plus delivers practical yet stylish solutions for both corporate and private clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for an Operations Manager in Agia Varvara, Paphos. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing projects from design to installation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A civil engineering degree with hands-on knowledge of Cyprus building standards is essential, along with fluency in both Greek and English. The Operations Manager will work closely with partners, suppliers, and clients to deliver high-quality weather protection systems.QualificationsSkills in Project Management, Operations Management, and Customer Relationship ManagementExperience in construction or manufacturingStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work well in a team and independentlyKnowledge of fabric shade systems and materialsExcellent communication and leadership skillsExperience with design software is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
