Operations Manager

We are hiring a Manager – B.Ed Operations to ensure smooth execution of contracts with B.Ed colleges. This role requires strong project management and delivery oversight, ensuring onboarding, compliance, and reporting for college partnerships. Location: Noida Key Accountability & Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end operations for B.Ed college contracts. • Ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of colleges. • Coordinate with academics, product, and finance teams for delivery. • Prepare compliance and impact reports for stakeholders. • Supervise an Associate handling coordination and documentation. • Optimize processes and ensure timely delivery. KPIs / Success Measures: • % of colleges onboarded on time. • Compliance accuracy with NCET/education regulations. • Satisfaction and renewal rates of college partners. • Quality and timeliness of reporting. Requirements: • 6 to 10 years in operations/project management, preferably in higher education. • Strong knowledge of education delivery processes. • Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management. • MBA/PG in Operations/Education Management preferred.
