Operations Manager

Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the warehouse and its inventory to maintain a customer-ready environment.Plan and coordinate showroom mock-ups, product installations, fleet and personnel movements (pull-ins and pull-outs), and delivery schedules.Ensure all operational activities comply with established company standards, protocols, and procedures.Manage and disburse petty cash for operational needs, ensuring accurate documentation, accountability, and timely replenishment.Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy in quantity and quality prior to acceptance.Monitor and track product repairs and customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and effective service recovery.Conduct regular audits related to product transportation and oversee warehouse operations, including off-site storage locations.Support store leadership in day-to-day operations and provide guidance and training to junior staff when necessary.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or operational role within a retail or showroom environment.Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.High attention to detail, with demonstrated experience in logistics, inventory management, and customer service.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of inventory or POS systems is an advantage.
