This role is central to ensuring our Rūnanga runs smoothly and effectively, supporting our people, our facilities, and our kaupapa.As Operations Manager, You Will Support seamless collaboration across teams and help oversee core administrative functions including finance, payroll, HR, IT, Health Safety and Wellbeing, marketing and communications. Oversee the management of operations, facilities, people, and resources Help ensure our cultural values guide all aspects of our mahi. Work closely with kaimahi, whānau, and partners to deliver outcomes that strengthen our hapū, protect our taonga, and contribute to the wellbeing of our people and community.Our Ideal CandidateHe kōrero mōu / About you Strong experience in operations, people leadership, and organisational management. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and projects to a high standard. A collaborative, flexible approach, able to adapt to changing needs.
