Operations Head– WhopplDepartment: OperationsReports to: Founder / Chief Operating OfficerLocation: Mumbai (On-site)Role OverviewAs the Operations Manager at Whoppl, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring projects move smoothly across departments, teams perform at their best, and KPIs are achieved consistently. You’ll collaborate with leadership, client servicing, influencer, and creative teams to deliver operational excellence and maintain strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities·       Operational Planning & Team Coordinationo  Oversee day-to-day operations across Client Servicing, Creative, Influencer, and Finance teams.o  Drive structured workflows to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely client deliveries.·       KPI Management & Performance Monitoringo  Define and track key performance indicators (team productivity, delivery timelines, campaign quality, and client satisfaction).o  Review progress regularly with team leads and take corrective action when targets are at risk.·       Process Optimization & Efficiencyo  Identify gaps and streamline workflows to improve turnaround times and resource utilization.o  Implement tools and systems to track progress, reduce errors, and enhance communication.·       Client & Vendor Coordinationo  Liaise between internal teams, clients, and external partners for smooth operations.o  Ensure client deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.·       Budget & Resource Managemento  Plan and allocate budgets across campaigns efficiently.o  Maintain operational cost control and provide monthly performance reports.Required Qualifications·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.·       4–6 years of experience in operations, preferably in a marketing, digital, or influencer agency.·       Proven experience in handling KPIs, project management, and cross-team coordination.·       Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.·       Proficiency in project management and reportingPreferred Skills·       MBA or PG in Operations / Marketing.·       Familiarity with influencer marketing ecosystem and brand campaign processes.·       Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.·       Experience managing teams in a fast-paced creative setup.Interested candidate can email us to careers@whoppl.com
